Our 165 rooms and suites have been individually designed and include the following features: two line phones (bathroom and bedroom), computer and facsimile hook-ups, voice mail, satellite interactive TV with all news channels, in-house videos, bathroom amenities, hair dryer, bathrobe, slippers, embroidered linen sheets, mini-bar, electronic safe and daily turndown service. Non-smoking rooms, extra bedding and rollaway beds are available on request. The Ritz banqueting and conference rooms, all with natural daylight, are the ideal venue for gatherings of any size. With a choice of rooms ranging from small and stylish to grand and imposing, the Ritz is the "place" for gatherings of any size, from 2 to 500 people. Each of the rooms, individually decorated and distinctive in character provides an impressive setting, while a trained and experienced team of chefs, butlers and conference managers can ensure the complete success of any function. Located on the mezzanine, the fitness center is equipped with: treadmills, step machine, rowing machine, stationary bicycle, free weights, musculation machinery, televisions with satellite stations, radio and daily newspapers. Access is complimentary for guests. Sauna, massage, sun-bed and facials can also be enjoyed at additional charge.This center is the best antidote to a busy working schedule. Dining possibilities include the best of Spanish traditional cuisine as well as some international specialities at 'Goya Restaurant', traditional English tea in the lobby, drinks & cocktails at 'Bar Velazquez". In spring and summer the Ritz Terrace and Gardens are the meeting point in Madrid for lunch, dinner or simply taste typical Spanish tapas. Pets are accepted free of charge.
